I would like to thank you for the amazing products your company supplied us with, they have completley transformed our EMI unit here at Ashbourne Lodge. We have had some fantastic compliments from relatives and from our own staff on how lovely the unit looks now. The family tree now holds pride of place and has all our residents photographs on it, its a real talking point!!!. I am sure our CSCI inspector is going to be very impressed with the unit. We are so pleased with the products we will be using them in all of our homes

The mystery shopping was conducted in an extremely professional manner with staff at the home having no idea that they had been mystery shopped. The written report which was then produced by SJB was presented in a clear and concise manner. At the presentation meeting SJB where able and willing to support the excellent written report by sharing their findings in a most constructive way. The information provided to me was extremely useful and will assist me to improve the home’s performance.

I confirm I have worked with members of SJB Associates on several projects over the past three years. One project in Oldham was to redevelop the services of an 80 bedded nursing home whose occupancy was struggling. The home was upgraded/refurbished to a high standard also including sensory equipment and the occupancy of the home increased significantly. I have also worked on a refurbishment project in Walsall where the whole 59 bed home was redisigned and altered to incorporate a different client group this included the use of sensory equipment and dementia signposting. There was also a new 12 bed nursing home development in Dudley which we worked together on in design and development of the interior and soft furnishings of the home also including dementia signposting and sensory equipment. I contacted SJB Associates when I was experiencing problems with a credit control issue resulting in a large sum of monies being outstanding to myself. SJB Associates quickly took matters into their own hands and worked on recovering all of the outstanding debt. I am pleased to report that all monies were recovered in a timely manner. SJB Associates worked at Craigielea Care Centre in Renfrew up to August 2005. They were responsible for dressing of the show rooms and lounge areas within the home, prior to opening. Their work was to an extremely high standard. They certainly have an eye for detail and we received many positive comments about their standards. They were very good at adding a personal touch to all areas. Their colour co-ordination was always nice.
