Training is led by Dr Aimee Spector, who with her team designed CST and conducted the research trial. She is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in offering CST. In-house training involves her spending a day within your setting (e.g. NHS trust, residential care home) and training up to 25 employees. Training is interactive, involving group discussion / exercises and video observation as well as some ‘teaching’.
